My story

Ireland has been my home for a long time now.

Then I became a mum. I love being a mum. But I also remember looking in the mirror and not recognising the woman looking back. I was tired all the time. My body felt like it belonged to someone else. I had no idea where to start.

Finding my way back

So I started small. A few sessions a week, whenever I could fit them in. Some weeks went well and some didn't. Slowly, I got stronger. Not just in the gym, but in how I felt about myself.

Training gave me something back that I thought I had lost. I wanted to understand it properly, so I studied and qualified as a personal trainer.

Stepping on stage

I then set myself a challenge I never imagined I would take on. I competed at two national championships, entering two categories in each, and took bronze in all four. One was the RIBBF national championship in Limerick in 2023.

I'm proud of that. But the stage is not what I want for you. It was my way of proving to myself what was possible.

Why I coach women like you

I know what it feels like to start from nothing. To be tired, short on time, and a little embarrassed walking into a gym. I have been there.

That is who I work with now. Women who have had children, who haven't trained in years, and who simply want to feel strong and like themselves again. I coach in person at The Iron Kingdom, and online anywhere.

You don't need to be fit to start. You just need to start. I'll take care of the rest with you.
